overview | wobble boards / balance disks | pipes | slant board

After purchasing and reading Marv Marinovich's and Edythe Huess's new book, ProBodX, I decided that it might be of use for me to catalogue the process of creating the necessary ProBodX equipment — someone might find it useful, right? Anyway, below are some pictures and brief descriptions on how I created my ProBodX wobble boards (balance disks), slant board, and balance pipes.

For now, I'm simply going to display all of the pictures I have. Some of the processes may not be self explanatory just by viewing these, so the descriptions will soon follow. All of these materials were purchased at Home Depot for a cost of less than $40. Unfortunately, the Home Depot website doesn't list most of these, so you'll actually have to make the trip there to find the goods...

The links above have more description on each particular piece of equipment. Soon, I will be adding step-by-step instructions for each piece. Note that I customized the sizes and proportions for my body size; you should exercise caution when creating your own ProBodX equipment.
