No More Furrdown!

Finally! The furrdown is gone! First, another reminder to TURN YOUR ELECTRICITY OFF before starting a project like this. You can see that there are exposed wires everywhere, and they would be quite dangerous were they live.
I guess the main thing of note in this picture, other than this the being first glimpse of our new open space, is the A/C duct. Remember that the A/C duct used to extend down through the furrdown. It was a simple matter to cut the duct work back, flush with where the new ceiling drywall will be installed.
