Can't install because of an uninstallable ISAM
Own Cornell Lab's Thayer Birding Software? Experiencing an Uninstallable ISAM error?
I have solved this problem. I presented the solution to the Technical Support team at Thayer Birding Software, yet they did not seem interested. Thier current solution is to refund your money and lose your business. This seems unnecessary and counterintuitive. Why return a beautiful software product?
The problem lies in a .dll (Dynamic Link Library) file that simply needs to be updated. I have a copy of the file and can mail it to you with instructions for installation upon your request — click the contact link at the bottom of this page for my email address.
